Terms and Conditions
Guarantees
If our driver is not able to pick you up at the airport due to unlikely / unforeseen circumstances (higher power) at the appointed time WE GUARANTEE financial or other type of compensation.
Possible compensation means the maximum amount which is equal to the price of the transportation agreed and confirmed in advance.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your confirmed reservation, please inform us at least 2 hours in advance. If you do so, we won't charge any cancellation fees.
Changes
If you want to change your reservation simply notify us by e-mail, phone or sms. All changes are free of charge.
Gratuity - The final price does not include gratuity (tip) for the driver and thus it is on the free will of each customer.
