For arrivals: The driver will be waiting for the clients in the arrival hall, holding a board with the client's name. Maximum waiting time: 1 hour from the actual time of flight arrival.

For departure: The client will be collected at hotel reception (We recomend 2 and a half hours before departure's flight). Maximum waiting time: 15 minutes from the expected time of pick up.

You do not need to pay any deposit to make a reservation. Payment is by cash to the driver in Czech Crowns, (Euros and Pound Sterling is also accepted). If you require a receipt please inform us when making the booking and we will happily provide one.
